Privacy Policy

Effective [date] · Updated October 16, 2026: email addresses, offer boxes and blocking.

757event.com is run by Mobile Photo Lab™ (“MPL,” “we”), 900 High Street, Portsmouth VA 23704. This policy explains what we collect when you visit an event page, post photos or messages, or ask for a photo to be taken down, and what we do with it. The Guest Media Terms explain the rights you grant when you post. The Photo guidelines explain what we will and will not post.

What we collect when you post

  • What you post. Photos, voice notes, guestbook messages and comments. Your phone shrinks each photo before sending it, and our server saves new copies. Location data (GPS), camera details and all other hidden information in the file are removed.
  • Your email address. You must give one to post. See Email addresses below.
  • Your first name, if you enter it. It is shown with what you post in the event gallery and to the host.
  • A random device code. Your browser keeps a random code so we can resume an upload, apply the limits for the event and keep a record of your agreement. We store only a scrambled version of it, not the code itself.
  • A scrambled code instead of your IP address. We never store your IP address. We store a one-way scrambled code made from it, used only to stop abuse such as floods of uploads.
  • Your agreement. With each item you post we record that you checked the Guest Media Terms box, the version of the terms, the time, the event, and the exact wording you were shown.

Email addresses

Giving your email is required to post. We send one email to confirm it. Until you confirm, what you post may wait for review before anyone sees it. We use your address to confirm you, to contact you about what you posted or a removal request, and to send that event’s gallery link and the host’s thank-you after the event.

Two boxes on the upload page are separate from each other and start unchecked:

  • Event tips and offers from Mobile Photo Lab. If you check it and confirm your email, we keep your address for those emails until you stop them.
  • Offers from this event’s sponsors. If you check it and confirm your email, we may give your address to the sponsors named next to that box, and to no one else, for their own offers. Each sponsor may use it only as you agreed and as the law allows.

These boxes never appear on school, daycare, dance, church or youth sports events.

If you did not check either box, we delete your address when the event’s photos are deleted. We do not sell email addresses, and we do not give them to sponsors unless you checked the sponsor box. Every email we send has a link to stop it: you can stop one event’s emails, Mobile Photo Lab offers or sponsor offers, each on its own.

When you submit an event or ask about our services, we use your email to confirm your address and to reply, and we keep it with that record.

What we collect when you report a photo

The reason you choose, and your name, email or phone and note if you add them. We use them only to review the request and reply to you. Each request and its outcome are kept as a record.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on event pages. On your phone, the event page keeps your random device code, the first name and the email address you typed in your browser storage, so you do not have to type them again. Our staff and event organizers sign in with a cookie that only works on this site. You can clear browser storage at any time in your browser settings.

How we use it

  • To run the event page, the gallery and the download for the host.
  • To let the event staff review what is posted before it appears, where the event uses review.
  • To confirm your email, and to send the gallery link, the host’s thank-you and, only if you asked for them, offers.
  • To prevent abuse and keep the service working, including blocking anyone who breaks the Photo guidelines from posting. A block stores scrambled codes, not your email address.
  • To handle removal requests.
  • For the uses you agree to in the Guest Media Terms.

We do not use face recognition, face search or any other biometric processing. We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see it

  • Approved photos, with the first name you entered, can be seen by anyone who has the event link.
  • The event host can see and download the approved photos.
  • Mobile Photo Lab staff and the event moderators can see every photo shared to the event, including ones waiting for review. Mobile Photo Lab staff can see the email address behind each item.
  • Event organizers see how many guests gave and confirmed an email, never the addresses.
  • The organizer and the sponsors named on the event page may use photos as the Guest Media Terms allow. Sponsors receive your email only if you checked their box and confirmed it.
  • Our web host and email provider store and send data for us. They may not use it for anything else.

Event pages are set so search engines do not list them.

How long we keep it

Each event has a set time after it closes, 90 days unless the event says otherwise. Before that time runs out the host is reminded to download, and then the event photos, messages and upload records are deleted, along with the email addresses of guests who did not ask for offers. Photos that are rejected or removed are deleted 7 days after that decision. Removal requests and our record of who did what on each event are kept after deletion, because they show how requests were handled. Photos that the organizer, a sponsor or MPL has already downloaded or used may be kept as the Guest Media Terms allow.

Children

You must be 18 or older to post. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to the Guest Media Terms and post for you, using their own email. We do not knowingly collect email addresses from children under 13; if you believe a child gave us one, email us and we will delete it. For school, daycare, dance, church and youth sports events, every photo is reviewed before it appears, and the offer boxes never show.

Your choices

  • Use the Report link on any photo to have it hidden right away while we review it.
  • Use the stop links in any email to stop that event’s emails, Mobile Photo Lab offers or sponsor offers.
  • Email info@mobilephotolab.com to ask what we hold about you, to have a photo, your name or your email removed, or with any question about this policy. Tell us the event name and describe the photo.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
