These terms apply when you upload photos, videos, audio, voice notes, comments or guestbook messages ("Content") to an event page run by MrDearShotMe LLC, doing business as Mobile Photo Lab™ ("MPL," "we"). By checking the box and uploading, you agree to these terms.

  1. Who receives these rights. "Licensed Parties" means MPL, the organizer of the event you are uploading to ("Organizer"), and the sponsors named on that event's page ("Sponsors"), along with each of their employees, contractors, licensees, successors and assigns.
  2. You keep ownership. You keep the copyright to your Content. These terms grant permission to use it. They do not transfer ownership.
  3. License you grant. You grant each Licensed Party a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sublicensable license to use your Content in any way, in any media now known or later developed, for any purpose. That includes the right to copy, print, sell prints of, display, perform, publish, distribute, broadcast, stream, post to social media, use in advertising, marketing, promotion and sponsor recognition, and to edit, crop, retouch, filter, caption, combine with other material, or otherwise alter it.
  4. No payment, notice or approval. You will not receive payment, royalties or any other compensation for any use of your Content. No Licensed Party must notify you before using it, get your approval of any use or edit, or credit you by name.
  5. No duty to use or keep. The Licensed Parties are not required to use, display or store your Content, and may remove or delete it at any time for any reason.
  6. Your promises. You promise that you created the Content or have the right to share it, and that everyone who can be recognized in it has agreed to be photographed or recorded and to have it shared under these terms. You also promise that the Content is not unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or a violation of anyone's privacy, copyright or other rights.
  7. People in your photos. By uploading, you confirm that you have permission from the people shown. If someone shown is under 18, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian, or that you have their parent or guardian's permission.
  8. Minors. You must be 18 or older to upload. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and upload for you.
  9. Release. To the fullest extent the law allows, you release the Licensed Parties from any claim arising from a use of your Content permitted by these terms. That includes claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or copyright, and claims based on edits or alterations.
  10. Indemnity. If a claim against a Licensed Party arises because you broke a promise in these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including attorney's fees.
  11. Moderation and removal. The Organizer and MPL may approve, reject, hide or delete any Content without notice.
  12. Removal requests. To ask that Content showing you be taken down from an event gallery, use the report link on the item or email info@mobilephotolab.com with the event name and a description of the item. We review every request. Removal from a gallery does not undo uses already made or printed.
  13. Storage. Event galleries are kept for a limited time after the event, set per event, and then deleted. Content that a Licensed Party has already downloaded or used may be kept and used as these terms allow.
  14. Privacy. We strip location data from photos. We do not store your IP address, only a one-way scrambled code used to prevent abuse. If you enter your name, it is shown with your Content. You must give an email address to post. We use it to confirm you, to contact you about your Content or a removal request, and to send this event's gallery link. We send offers from Mobile Photo Lab™ or this event's sponsors only if you checked those boxes and confirmed your email. Every email has a stop link.
  15. Changes. We may update these terms for future uploads. The version you agreed to applies to Content you uploaded under it, and that version is saved with each upload.
  16. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Portsmouth, Virginia.
  17. Entire agreement. These terms are the full agreement about your Content. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
